What if my package is marked delivered but I don’t have it?

Please contact the carrier first to initiate a claim. We are not responsible for packages marked delivered.

Who is responsible once the package ships?

Risk transfers to the customer once the order is delivered to the carrier.

What happens if I entered the wrong address?

Customers are responsible for accurate shipping details. If an order is returned due to incorrect address, reshipping costs will apply.
