Returns Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise explicitly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.

Due to the limited nature of our releases, we do not offer standard refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons including but not limited to sizing preference, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Requests submitted outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for review.

To initiate a review, email orders@aceofheartsla.com and include:

• Your full name

• Order number

• Clear photographs of the item

• Photographs of original packaging

• Description of the issue

Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in denial of the request.

If the claim is approved, we may, at our sole discretion:

• Provide a replacement item (if inventory is available)

• Issue store credit

• Issue a refund to the original payment method

Remedies are determined solely by Ace of Hearts LA.

Limited Inventory Disclaimer

Because our products are released in limited quantities, replacement inventory may not be available. In such cases, store credit or refund may be offered at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

• Items marked final sale

• Worn items

• Washed items

• Altered items

• Items without original packaging

• Items returned without prior authorization

Condition Requirements

Approved returns must be:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• Unaltered

• In original condition

• With all tags attached

Items that do not meet these standards will be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit. We recommend using trackable shipping.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve an issue may result in denial of future purchases and account restrictions. We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Abuse of Policy

We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, or service to customers who engage in abusive return behavior, repeated claims, or fraudulent activity.

Right to Modify

We reserve the right to modify this Returns Policy at any time without notice. The policy in effect at the time of purchase governs the transaction.
