Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page or during checkout. Processing time refers to the time required to prepare your order for shipment and does not include carrier transit time.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, tracking information will be provided to the email address entered at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that contact and shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.
Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery dates may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, peak shipping periods, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for purchased items transfer to the customer upon delivery of the order to the carrier. Ace of Hearts LA is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost in transit, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers must first contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim. We may assist with documentation where appropriate, but we are not liable for carrier errors once shipment has been confirmed.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
For international shipments, customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges imposed by the destination country. Ace of Hearts LA does not control or predict these charges and is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
We reserve the right to use any shipping carrier at our discretion. Shipping methods selected at checkout reflect delivery speed but do not modify our processing time.
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence of the damage, including packaging materials. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of claims.
