Ace of Hearts LA respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users of the Site to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), we will respond to properly submitted notices of alleged copyright infringement.

If you believe that material available on the Site infringes your copyrighted work, you must submit a written notification containing the following information: identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; identification of the allegedly infringing material sufficient to allow us to locate it; your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address; a statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; a statement under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner; and your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law. We reserve the right to notify the user who posted the material and allow submission of a counter-notification where applicable.

Submitting knowingly false or misleading claims of infringement may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees, pursuant to 17 U.S.C. §512(f).

We reserve the right to terminate access to users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
